Hello my name is Gia Harrison. I am excited to give you this warm welcome. I am so glad that I get to have your students in my class. I know that we will have an amazing time together. Dear Parents,
I want to welcome you and your student to the start of a new year. It is my goal to be the best teacher I can and I need your help to do so. I want your child to feel comfortable in my class and I know that your child feels the most comfort at home. With this being said, I would ask that you work with me to establish this home-like feeling to our class environment. It would also be great if you could let me know a little bit about your child. This is because you know things about your child that I don't know and I would love to have as much information about your child to ensure he or she is successful.
Being that I am new to you and your child, I know how uneasy you may feel, but I am hoping we can establish a relationship that shows that I only want the best for your student. I am big on positivity, so moving forward I am hoping that this positivity brightens our path together. This is a new year, so I am hoping to begin with a fresh start. I am so excited to work with you and your student!
